is free and is very easy to do. We do have some rules however; there are two
general basic principles to be met before we can list your property:

Ethics |
The seller and/or his agent acknowledge
and agree to follow a code of ethics as detailed in the document entitled "Memorandum
of Understanding for Terms Relating to Professional Ethics and Working Partnerships
with Collaborating Agents and Private sellers". Details will be forwarded
on request.

Fees |
The seller and/or the seller’s agent will
be obliged, on introduction of a purchaser to pay an introduction fee. Full details
of the introduction fees and the seller’s obligation to make a payment
to cover part of the buyer’s conveyancing costs are available on request. |
